The EKKO Story
EKKO Outdoor & Adventure was born out of a desire to swap the daily grind for something more—family, wide-open spaces, and a life of exploration. After 30 years in manufacturing, our founder Kev felt the pull to get back to what he loved: the bush, the stars, and the thrill of the open road with the people who matter most.
Alongside his partners Charles and Winnie, Kev scoured the market, digging into what worked and ditching what didn’t. Their approach? Simple: build outdoor gear that’s as practical as it is rugged—stuff you’ll genuinely use and trust. They sweated the details, refining every feature to make sure it adds to the experience. In 2024, after years of fine-tuning, EKKO Outdoor & Adventure was officially launched.
